The East Central Educational Service Center will be serving as the LEA for the implementation of the American Rescue Plan – Homeless Children and Youth II (ARP-HCY II) Grant for the period December 2021 through September 30, 2023. School corporations were placed in the Consortium by the IDOE based on the number of homeless children identified over the last two years.

As part of the ARP-HCY II Consortium, districts will be provided opportunities for professional development, support through consultants, and promotional materials focused on awareness, identification, and implementation of community services to fully support the homeless children and youth in their schools.

Please note that ECESC will be serving schools across the State of Indiana who have been placed in the Consortium.  The services are NOT limited to just school corporations in East Central Indiana.
