East Central Service Center is excited to announce the hiring of Mr. Patrick Haney as its new Executive Director. 

Haney has been with Noblesville Schools since 1996, serving in a variety of middle school and elementary roles including principal, assistant principal, teacher, and counselor. He has led Noble Crossing Elementary since 2009, where he brought the school national and state academic recognitions, led advanced educational technology practices, managed rapid enrollment growth, and served as a role-model school for community leaders and other school districts to study. 

Haney also has an impressive track record of collaborative leadership and relationship building throughout the community. He has been instrumental in developing and mentoring administrative peers and future leaders, with more than ten of his former teachers moving into building or district leadership positions. 

Haney earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Taylor University and a master’s degree in School Counseling from Butler University. He completed the principal licensure program at Indiana Wesleyan in 2006 and earned his MBA in Education Leadership from the University of Indianapolis in 2016. Haney is also a 2020 graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. 

Haney and his wife of 27 years, Chandra, have five children: Aidan (22), Rheagan (21), Adeline (18), Reed (17), and Royce (15). 

President of the Board of Directors, Dr. Matthew Hicks stated, “Having someone of Mr. Haney’s talent and experience will help mold the service center as it continues to provide solutions for the schools it serves.”

Haney will begin his duties at ECESC on October 23.
