Career coaches from across the state and beyond have earned their Agilities certification through The DeBruce Foundation. All career coaches working with ECESC receive this training, equipping them with tools to help students identify their strengths, explore career possibilities, and prepare for what comes next.
Last year, K–12 grant activities reached 39,854 students. With new coaches trained and ready to go, we’re excited to build on that impact and create even more career-connected opportunities for students in 2026–27!

As communities across East Central Indiana respond to recent flooding, we know many families are looking for ways to help their neighbors. To help, we’re sharing county-specific information to help connect those in need with available assistance and those looking to help with opportunities to support recovery efforts. While not an exhaustive list, the organizations listed below are collecting funds and resources to help those in need.
