The Forge Your Future Team had a great day at Ball State University, introducing 150 preservice teachers to the power of career-connected learning and RIASEC.

Through our Mobile Experience, future educators explored how to help students identify their strengths, interests, and values, and connect those insights to meaningful career pathways.

We’re grateful to Ball State’s education program for the opportunity to share this work with tomorrow’s teachers, helping them see how RIASEC can make learning more relevant, engaging, and future-focused!
