Check out this sneak peek of a new Career Exploration VR tour. Lindsey, an ECESC Instructional Specialist, visited a local manufacturer and saw many amazing jobs in action. We can’t wait for students to experience the final result in VR and begin dreaming about their futures!
Ed Hidalgo from Educator’s Cooperative visited Sunnyside this week. Ed worked with ECESC staff to explore their RIASEC themes, to help them develop a dialogic student coaching approach.

If you are interested in assisting in the creation of learning journeys for the Forge Your Future Sunnyside Experience, then you will want to be part of this task force.
The Forge Your Future experience will allow students in East Central Indiana to explore their strengths, interests, and values through the lens of the RIASEC framework, and make connections to future career opportunities. As part of the task force, you will help design these learning opportunities for students - and be compensated for your time!

3E schools gathered in Randolph County to experience some of the work members schools have been doing through this grant partnership.
The first stop was Randolph Eastern's Workforce Wednesday where students spend the day working on community projects that develop future-ready skills. We saw students working in Tinkercad, writing grants, and practicing sportscasting (just to name a few).
Then, schools got a sneak peek of Vision Corner in Union City's downtown. The first floor will be workspace for the student-run screen printing business and TV station Kiss-TV. Upstairs will be Ivy tech classrooms and healthcare labs sponsored by Reid Health.
We finished our day at Randolph Central to see its future-ready student initiatives with a tour of the P-TECH classrooms, précision machining lab, and welding lab.
