Our Cooperative Purchasing Program helped districts stretch their budgets, streamline processes, and access high-quality vendor solutions at a 20% savings rate. This year, we launched the Educational Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (ECPA) and increased staffing to maximize our focus on cooperative purchasing and procurement.

Throughout 2025, we supported educators by delivering student-centered professional learning through targeted training and practical tools. From student behavior planning to case conference leadership support, we are proud to partner with districts in this essential work!
Career-connected learning reached new heights in 2025!
Through Forge Your Future experiences and expanded employer partnerships, educators strengthened how career learning shows up in classrooms, while students explored their strengths, connected learning to real careers, and built confidence in their future paths. In just one year, partner districts reported 125,000+ individual career coaching activities, expanding access to personalized advising, work-based learning, and postsecondary planning. Districts are seeing measurable growth in career assessments, job shadows, internships, dual credit, and CTE participation, and students report feeling more prepared for life beyond graduation.

Our Training Support Specialists partnered closely w/instructional coaches/teachers to strengthen instruction, and Indiana schools are seeing the results! We thank our TSSs for their dedication to district educators and continued commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
Today, we celebrated Larry’s retirement with a group of local Tech Directors from our member districts. What a joy to celebrate the incredible service and support Larry has provided to our region for over 14 years. Thanks to all of the directors who joined us!
This year, we helped districts build capacity for AI integration with hands-on training, resources, and the first-ever Indiana AI Summits.
