Career-connected learning reached new heights in 2025!

Through Forge Your Future experiences and expanded employer partnerships, educators strengthened how career learning shows up in classrooms, while students explored their strengths, connected learning to real careers, and built confidence in their future paths. In just one year, partner districts reported 125,000+ individual career coaching activities, expanding access to personalized advising, work-based learning, and postsecondary planning. Districts are seeing measurable growth in career assessments, job shadows, internships, dual credit, and CTE participation, and students report feeling more prepared for life beyond graduation.

Thank you to the educators, career coaches, and employers making this impact possible.

In 2025, we helped deepen regional collaboration by bringing school and district leaders together with area business leaders to share expertise, tackle challenges, and build solutions that benefit students and the economy across East Central Indiana. Through initiatives like RAZ-32, these partnerships strengthened systems, elevated instruction, and expanded opportunities! Learn more about RAZ-32 here: https://raz32.com/

Last week, educators came together to explore how trauma impacts student behavior and learning, and how those effects show up in our classrooms during one of our Student Support Series sessions: Building Resilient Students & Schools – Part 1

Participants engaged in meaningful discussion and gained neurodivergent-friendly strategies to better support students and strengthen school communities.

We’re grateful to all who joined us in this important work focused on resilience, understanding, and student success.
