Strengthen safety, compliance, and preparedness in your schools and ensure your district meets the requirements of HEA 1285, which requires at least one trained employee in each school building used for classroom instruction through Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Training.
This training prepares staff to prevent and de-escalate medium- to high-risk behaviors using both restrictive and non-restrictive methods. The session meets requirements for initial certification and renewal.
