EDUCATORS:  Does your role include supporting teacher growth?  Your title may not include the words “instructional coach” but, if you perform this work in your district, this Instructional Coaching workshop is for you!

Coaching Institute staff from the Hamilton County, Ohio Education Service Center, will present a seminar on March 6 that is designed specifically for coaches, lead teachers, department heads, and other K-12 building leaders.  Participants will be introduced to the practices and skills necessary for impactful coaching.  From practicing experts in the field, they will learn new strategies for building rapport and dealing with reluctant teachers.

This workshop is the first of its kind in the ECESC region!  During the day, participants will learn about the new ESC of I Instructional Coaching Connection, located on the ESC of I website.  Membership is FREE and offers boatloads of resources and PD opportunities to those in the “coaching” world.

Check out additional details at the following link:  We are looking forward to a great turnout on March 6th!
